On October 18, according to information from the Nhon Trach District Land Fund Development Center, the district has so far handed over 100% of the site for component project 1A of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3. As for component project 3 of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, over 90% of the site has been cleared.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project, through Dong Nai Province, has 3 component projects including: Component Project 1A invested by My Thuan Project Management Board; Component Project 3 invested by Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and Component Project 4 - Compensation and resettlement support for Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 through Dong Nai Province, with Nhon Trach District People's Committee as the investor for site clearance.
Regarding construction, the component project 3 of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, section through Dong Nai province, is more than 11 km long and has 3 main construction packages.
According to the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Project Management Board, the construction sites of packages 32 and 29 are basically ready for construction. In particular, many sections of package 26 are still unpaved and not connected from start to finish, making it difficult to organize construction.
The Component 3 Project of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, section through Dong Nai, was started on June 18, 2023 with a total investment of nearly VND 2,600 billion. It is expected to be completed in 2025 and put into operation from 2026.
The project starts at Km 0+000 in Vinh Thanh commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province. The end point is at Nhon Trach bridge in Long Tan commune, Nhon Trach district (continuing with component project 1A of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3).
On the route, a 5 km expressway will be built connecting component project 1A, Tan Van - Nhon Trach section at the intersection of provincial road 25B, with a scale of 4 lanes and a speed of 100 km/h.
