The 2025 job fair is organized by the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, the Vietnam Student Association of Quang Ninh province and Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company.
According to the Economic Zone Management Board, the whole province currently has 9 infrastructure investment and business projects in 7 industrial parks in operation, with 174 investment projects still in effect.
In 2025, the recruitment demand at enterprises in the industrial park will be about 23,600 workers, of which about 19,000 are unskilled workers; the rest are workers with university, college, intermediate and primary degrees.
At the Festival, students and workers visited and conducted direct recruitment interviews at business booths.
Experts and employers also shared professional skills and job trends in industrial parks, helping candidates improve their understanding and prepare better for the future.
