According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, recently, in the coastal area of Hoang Tien commune (Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province), there has been a situation of a series of constructions, tents, and shops for business without a license. The kiosks and stalls are solidly built with concrete and steel; many items are nearly completed and have started business operations.

It is worth mentioning that the illegal construction was discovered by the commune government, requested to stop construction and dismantle. However, up to now, the violating works still blatantly exist.
According to the representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune, the above works are under the management of Euro Tourism and Trading Company Limited (Yuro Company).
On March 15, during a construction inspection in the area, the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune discovered that Euro Company was illegally constructing many works in the embankment area. Specifically, there are 5 projects including bathrooms and toilets. Of which, 2 projects have been built with walls, 2 projects have completed foundations and concrete pillars, 1 project has completed pouring foundations.

Immediately afterwards, the commune government drew up a record of violations, requesting the suspension of construction and dismantling the entire project before March 31.
However, as of April 1, Euro Company still did not comply with the request and could not present any legal documents related to the construction of the above works.
At the end of April 2025, the CPC continued to check and record this company still under construction, including plastic roof roof. The CPC has reported the incident to the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district and the District Economic and Infrastructure Division for handling according to its competence.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, a representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district said that the district has drawn up a record of violations against Euro Company, and is carrying out procedures to issue a decision to sanction and force the demolition of illegal construction items.
It is known that at Hai Tien beach (Hoang Hoa district), there have been many cases of encroachment on embankments and beaches for illegal business recently. Most recently, dozens of households set up tents, shelters, and gathered items in Hoang Truong commune to encroach on the beach for business. After the discovery, the local authorities requested households to move, dismantle the violating items, and return the airy space to the beach.
