On March 25, the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board received the handover of more than 8.3ha of land on a total area of nearly 14ha, reaching nearly 60% of the total area for the construction of the Cai River riverside road project (section from Ha Huy Giap street to Tran Quoc Toan street).
The land area that has been handed over includes the land area for the construction of 5 bridges on the route (handed over in phases 1 and 2).
The Cai River riverside road project has a total length of nearly 4.6km, starting point intersecting Ha Huy Giap street, ending point connecting to Tran Quoc Toan street passing through Tam Hiep and Tran Bien wards, with a total investment of 574 billion VND. The project is expected to be completed in February 2027.
Currently, with this project, there are 2 construction packages (package No. 10 and package No. 20) under construction with an accumulated value of more than 121 billion VND, reaching more than 67% of the signed contract value.
