Established in 2005, Trung Ha Industrial Park is located in Tam Nong and Thanh Thuy districts (old) of Phu Tho province. The industrial park has a convenient location, easily connected to Hanoi, Noi Bai airport and neighboring provinces, about 900m from Trung Ha bridge connecting to Hanoi.
The project "Centralized wastewater treatment system of Trung Ha Industrial Park, capacity 1,600 m3/day and night" was approved by the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center (under the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province) according to Decision No. 98/QD-TTKCN dated June 4, 2026.
The project belongs to group C, with a total investment of nearly 63 billion VND invested by the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 7, the investor issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 05: Construction and procurement, installation of technology equipment.
The bidding package belongs to the mixed sector, is widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 56.5 billion VND from revenue and career development sources of the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center.
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct a centralized wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 1,600m3/day and night in Trung Ha Industrial Park, located in Tam Nong and Dao Xa communes.
According to technical requirements, the project is built on an area of about 0.93 hectares with synchronous technical infrastructure items.
For the collection system, building a wastewater treatment plant, the specific items are as follows:
Self-flowing pipelines include: 2 lines, 233.5m and 1005m long; 113 manholes.
The main tank cluster system includes: Collection tank; Waste separation and sand separation tank cluster; Air conditioning tank; Grade 1 physico-chemical tank cluster; Biological tank cluster: air deficiency, aerogenics; Secondary settling tank; Intermediary tank; Grade 2 physico-chemical tank cluster; Sanitation tank; Mud storage tank.
The operating house complex includes: Operating house; Functional house; Electrical cabinet house, air blower house, chemical mixing house, chemical warehouse, hazardous waste storage warehouse; Sludge pressing house and post-pressure sludge storage house; Continuous, automatic wastewater monitoring house.
Reservoir incident: Capacity of 3,200m3.
Auxiliary items include: Internal yards and roads, Green trees and lawns; rainwater and wastewater drainage system; Water supply system; Fire prevention and fighting system.
Regarding technology, the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Trung Ha Industrial Park uses AO + 2-level physicochemical technology.
The implementation progress of the bidding package is 180 days from the date of commencement.
Also a wastewater treatment project, recently, the project "Construction of Vinh Yen City (old) wastewater treatment plant, phase II" invested by the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center has begun to find a construction contractor.
The above project has a total investment of more than 257 billion VND, constructing a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000m3/day and night serving Vinh Yen ward, Vinh Phuc ward and Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province.
