The Vinh Yen City Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Project, phase II, was approved by Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee from January 19, 2026 according to Decision No. 164/QD-UBND.
This project belongs to Group B, with a total investment of more than 257 billion VND invested by the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board, constructed in Vinh Yen ward, Vinh Phuc ward and Binh Xuyen commune.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board recently issued a bidding invitation notice for the package "Construction + Equipment; Pill Testing" of the project.
The above bidding package belongs to the mixed sector, is widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 157 billion VND from provincial-level public investment capital for the period 2021 - 2025 and the period 2026 - 2030.
In the near future, after the bidding package completes the contractor selection work, the construction unit will construct the project, purchase, install equipment and test piles for the project.
The wastewater treatment plant to be built will have a capacity of 10,000m3/day and night, using anaerobic - anaerobic - aerophilic biological technology (AAO)... With the following basic contents:
The main tank cluster system includes: Collection tanks; Waste separation and sand separation tanks; Air conditioning tanks; Primary settling tanks; anaerobic, anaerobic, and aerophilic tank clusters; Secondary settling tanks (biological settling tanks); Sanitation tanks; Sludge compaction tanks; Sludge stabilization tanks; Pumping equipment supports.
Operating house cluster includes: Input tank cluster house; Mud and chemical compression house; Air blowing house.
The regulating lake combines with the incident lake and auxiliary items including: Internal roads and yards; Green trees and lawns; Rainwater and wastewater drainage system; Water supply system; Fire prevention and fighting system.
According to the investor, the construction of Vinh Yen City Wastewater Treatment Plant - Phase II aims to treat wastewater for some areas in Vinh Phuc ward, Vinh Yen ward and Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province with appropriate technology to ensure standards before discharging into the environment.
