Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien - Vice Chairman of Xuan Hoa Commune People's Committee said that on August 31, 899 households in the commune received gifts of VND 100,000/person transferred directly to social security accounts for people associated with the VNeID application with an amount of more than VND 355 million.
Mr. Tien also said that to ensure that all people receive money in time, all cadres, civil servants and the commune police force have worked through the night. This is not just a gift payment, but a demonstration of the spirit of serving the people in the fastest and most effective way. "We have worked all night to ensure that all data is accurate, and that everyone receives safe money. The application of VNeID technology not only helps save time, but is also our commitment to a transparent, modern administration, always ready to serve", Mr. Tien emphasized.
According to Mr. Tien, the process of transferring money to linked accounts to receive social security on VNeID also has some minor problems, in cases where people have linked to accounts but have not received gifts, they can contact directly at gift-giving points in the hamlets for support
Ensuring the goal of 100% of citizens receiving gifts
Currently, all 95 communes and wards of Dong Nai province have also issued notices to urge and guide points to receive National Day gifts on September 2.
On August 31, Dong Nai Provincial Police also issued an urgent dispatch requesting the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police, Police of communes and wards to strengthen coordination in giving gifts to people on the occasion of National Day September 2, ensuring the goal of 100% of citizens receiving gifts in accordance with the policy of the Party and State.
By August 31, most commune-level police had handed over the list of data on citizens receiving gifts via transfer to the People's Committees at the commune level to carry out transfer procedures, as well as handed over the social security payment software account built by the Department of Administrative Police on Social Order to the People's Committees at the commune level to monitor and manage the giving of gifts. Currently, the units are continuing to actively carry out assigned tasks, ensuring that 100% of people receive gifts on schedule.
According to statistics, as of 4:00 p.m. on August 31, the State Treasury had paid 74/950 billion VND to localities. Of which, more than 10 billion VND was paid through banks, with a cash advance of 258.437 billion VND.
