On March 11, Gia Lai Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with businesses to organize a job transaction session with the theme "Labor Market Information and Job Connection".
Here, businesses directly consulted with more than 100 workers, interviewed over 80 people. Among them, 28 workers initially exchanged and agreed on working conditions and income levels with businesses to arrange personal work before starting work.
The transaction session was held at the Provincial Employment Service Center (215 Tran Hung Dao, Quy Nhon ward), with 7 businesses participating in recruitment with more than 1,000 job positions in fields such as wood processing, garment, irrigation and drainage construction, freight transport services... in the area.
In addition to the domestic labor market, currently, markets such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Europe continue to be focused on by the province due to income levels ranging from 20–50 million VND/month, depending on the market and industry.
In the past 5 years, the whole province has sent more than 10,000 workers to work abroad under contracts. Many workers, after completing their contracts and returning to their localities, have capital and experience to start businesses, develop their family economy, and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality.
The goal for 2026 is that the whole province will send about 2,000 workers to work abroad under contract.
Gia Lai Provincial Employment Service Center orients workers to access high-income markets with good working environments such as Japan, Korea and some European countries, helping them feel secure in studying and participating in orientation education before leaving the country.
