On August 14, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced that the province will participate in the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
This is an important political and cultural event, of profound significance in honoring the glorious historical journey of the Vietnamese people in general and Gia Lai province in particular since gaining independence and giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
The exhibition is also an opportunity to introduce and promote outstanding achievements in the fields of culture and society; honor traditional values, national cultural identity; demonstrate the spirit of innovation, integration and development of the country and locality in the new period.
With the theme: Gia Lai "80 years accompanying the country - Steadfastly reaching far", the exhibition aims to propagate and educate revolutionary traditions about the 50-year journey of building and defending the Fatherland under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, associated with the outstanding achievements of Gia Lai province.
The exhibition will introduce and promote the image of Gia Lai's potential, strengths, socio-economic achievements, national defense - security and foreign affairs in the integration process, especially in the renovation period.
At the same time, it affirmed the province's position and contribution to the overall development of the country; attracting investment, promoting tourism, and promoting cooperation. The activity contributes to strengthening the trust, arousing the desire for development, patriotism and national pride among cadres, party members and people in the whole province.
The exhibition takes place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi. The exhibition space will apply modern technology, combining displaying images, artifacts, documents and typical, high-quality local products.
