Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang directly inspected projects including: Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing (Marina Home), Happyland at the Social Housing Apartment Area in Dai Phu Gia Urban Area, EcoHome Nhon Binh, IEC Residences Quy Nhon, PISICO Social Housing, Long Van Social Housing, Solrise Nhon Phu and Lamer 2 Apartment.
Through actual inspection, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang requested investors to focus maximum resources, accelerate construction progress, and be determined to complete the number of apartments in accordance with the investment policy; ensure quality, technical, aesthetics and standards according to regulations.

Investors must put the quality of works first, not to let damage, degradation or unsafety occur. Investors must be fully responsible for the quality and safety of works," Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang emphasized.
Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee noted ensuring sufficient essential infrastructure such as transportation, electricity, water, telecommunications; synchronous investment in social infrastructure such as education, health, sports, culture... to meet the living needs of people. Projects must aim to build a healthy living environment, clean and beautiful public space, and safety for residents.

Regarding removing difficulties for investors in the context of high construction material prices, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang assigned departments and branches to re-evaluate sand and stone reserves in the area to ensure supply for projects.
He also requested investors to strictly implement legal regulations related to selling prices and the purchase and sale of social housing apartments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Notably, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang criticized the investor of the EcoHome Nhon Binh project for slow progress. He assigned the Department of Construction to inspect and strictly punish this project; proposed to revoke the investment policy if the investor does not ensure the committed progress.
According to the target for the 2026-2030 period, Gia Lai province sets a target of developing 12,107 social housing units. In 2026 alone, the province strives to complete 2,000 units, contributing to ensuring social security, improving housing conditions for low-income people, workers, laborers, armed forces and policy beneficiaries in the area.
