Regarding ticket prices, Samco said that during the peak period from December 26 to 28 of the lunar calendar (ie February 13 - 15, 2026), bus stations will organize ticket sales to serve passengers from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day for entrusted bus station ticket sellers, and 24/24 for self-selling ticket sellers.

Ticket prices increased by 40% for routes under 300 km and increased by 60% for routes over 300 km.

Ticket prices are publicly listed at the ticket counters in the station. If they detect bus companies increasing prices in violation of regulations, people can report to the bus station for timely handling.

Samco said it has established a 24/24 hour standing team, with the participation of many related forces. Immediately after receiving people's feedback, the working group will inspect and handle it immediately.

Hotline information at bus stations: Mien Dong Bus Station (1900. 571. 292); New Mien Dong Bus Station (0368. 292292); Mien Tay Bus Station (1900. 7373); An Suong Bus Station (028. 37. 180257); Nga Tu Ga Bus Station (028. 37. 161333).
