With the above violations, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health forced Thuan Hung establishment to return the pharmaceutical practice certificate.
Not only in the pharmaceutical field, many medical examination and treatment facilities were also fined a large amount of money for violations of regulations. In addition, the content of medical examination and treatment service advertisements lacks information about the professional scope stated in the license.
From the above violations, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health decided to fine 183 million VND for the Branch of Nu Cuoi World Dental Joint Stock Company - Specialist Clinic of Odonto-Stomatology. At the same time, revoking the right to use the medical examination and treatment operating license for 3 months and revoking the right to use the professional practice certificate of the person in charge of professional matters for 2 months. This facility was also forced to remove and delete advertising content that was not in accordance with regulations.
In addition, through inspection of Sonia Tran Loi business household, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health determined that this facility provided medical examination and treatment services without an operating license, and at the same time advertised medical examination and treatment services against regulations.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health decided to fine 80 million VND, suspend the operation of Sonia Tran Loi business household for 18 months, and at the same time force it to remove and delete all advertisements without a medical examination and treatment operating license.
