According to the Da Nang City Statistics Office, 6 inter-level ethnic minority boarding school projects with a total investment of nearly 1,617 billion VND. As of the end of June, the accumulated implementation of these projects reached 700.7 billion VND, equal to 43.4% of total investment capital.
Specifically for this year's capital plan (2026) assigned at 1,052.9 billion VND, the units have implemented 679.1 billion VND, equivalent to 64.5% of the plan.
This capital flow is focused on disbursement for specific projects including A Vuong Inter-level Primary - Secondary School (185.2 billion VND), Hung Son School (182.7 billion VND), Tay Giang School (182.2 billion VND), Dak Pring School (174.8 billion VND), La De School (177.6 billion VND) and La Eee School (150.3 billion VND).
In the first 6 months of 2026, the Central Region Linkage project with a length of 31.85 km passing through Tam Ky, Thang Binh, Phu Ninh, Tien Phuoc and Bac Tra My areas (started in July 2023, using Korean ODA loans with a total investment of 1,060 billion VND) has a cumulative implementation volume of 521.5 billion VND, equal to 49.2% of total capital. In 2026, the project was allocated 500 billion VND from the city budget and foreign capital, but the realized value in the first 6 months of this year only reached about 65 billion VND, equal to 13% compared to the assigned annual plan.
For the Hoi An coastal erosion prevention and sustainable protection project with a total investment of approximately 982 billion VND (started in April last year), the cumulative implemented volume by the end of June 2026 reached 729.5 billion VND, equal to 74.3% of total capital. In the first half of this year alone, the implemented value reached 231.7 billion VND, equal to 47.9% of the 2026 capital plan assigned of 484 billion VND.
The Da Nang Downtown project in Hoa Cuong ward has a total capital of about 79. 790 billion VND, currently recording a cumulative implemented volume of 566 billion VND by the end of June. At the Lang Van Tourism and Resort Urban Complex Project with a total investment of about 43,922 billion VND, the accumulated implemented value to date is estimated at about 4,270 billion VND.
The overall construction investment project of Lien Chieu container port with a scale of 45.268 billion VND after starting construction in April is currently focusing on implementing synchronous technical items. Meanwhile, the Hoa Xuan Trade Center project in Cam Le district with a capital scale of 4.663 billion VND has achieved a cumulative realized value of about 1.445 billion VND, equal to 31% of the total investment capital.
