At the conference, delegates focused on discussing many solutions to maintain the double-digit growth momentum, emphasizing contents such as accelerating disbursement of public investment capital, industrial development, trade promotion and improving the effectiveness of implementing the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels.

Director of the Department of Finance Truong Van Liep said that disbursement of public investment capital is not only a financial - budget task but also an important driving force to promote economic growth. As of July 2, the whole province has disbursed more than 14,500 billion VND, reaching about 46% of the assigned capital plan. The finance sector will continue to closely monitor the progress of each project, coordinate with investors to strive to complete the 100% disbursement target in the year.
Besides economic development, security and order assurance work continues to be focused on. Major General Vu Nhu Ha - Director of the Provincial Police - said that through the 30-day and night peak period of general review, crackdown, and purification of the area, the police force has detected and handled 446 cases with 900 subjects, contributing to bringing Tay Ninh into the group of leading localities in the country in reducing criminal offenses.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han pointed out the shortcomings in each sector and field, and at the same time requested departments and branches to focus on implementing key tasks such as building new rural areas, investing in schools in border areas, implementing the universal health check program, administrative procedure reform, promoting science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet emphasized that the last 6 months of the year are a decisive period for the completion of socio-economic development targets in 2026. He requested all levels and sectors not to be subjective of the achieved results, continue to build a clean and strong Party Committee and political system, and at the same time focus on removing bottlenecks hindering development.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested to urgently improve the operational efficiency of local authorities at two levels, promote decentralization and delegation of power associated with completing the planning of communes and wards in the direction of expanding development space, prioritizing green development and synchronous infrastructure investment.
It is necessary to mobilize all forces to complete the goal of double-digit economic growth in 2026. To do so, it is necessary to drastically accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital, develop strategic industrial infrastructure, promote digital transformation, science and technology, administrative reform and definitively handle slow-progress projects to unlock all resources for development," Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet emphasized.
He also requested agencies and units to strictly implement the principle of "clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority"; promote the spirit of "what is said is done, what is assigned is inspected, what is committed must be completed", determined to complete at the highest level the goals set out in Resolution 2026.
