Amidst the hot weather at noon on April 12, the work of moving assets and dismantling works to serve the Tu Lien bridge and approach roads at both ends of the bridge is still being urgently deployed.
Recorded by Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at alley 310 Nghi Tam street (Hong Ha ward, Hanoi), site clearance activities are taking place urgently at the beginning and end of the alley.
People and business households are busy transporting belongings and handing over land according to schedule.

Mr. Nguyen Hung - a household renting premises in alley 310 Nghi Tam for electrical and plumbing equipment business - said that after terminating the premises lease contract, he mobilized his family to collect assets and move to a new business location.
Along with the support of functional forces, the transportation took place smoothly, expected to be completed in one to two days," Mr. Hung shared.
Not only Mr. Hung, many households in alley 310 Nghi Tam also expressed their support for the policy of building Tu Lien bridge. After receiving compensation and support, many families have proactively arranged and moved assets to soon hand over the site to the investor.

According to the plan, the Tu Lien bridge and access road project is about 5.15 km long, connecting from the Nghi Tam road intersection (Hong Ha and Tay Ho wards) to the Truong Sa road intersection (Dong Anh commune).
This is a group A project, with a total investment of about 19,830 billion VND (including 3 component projects for site clearance and 1 construction investment project).
The total area of land recovered for project implementation is 62.51 ha. In Hong Ha ward alone, the recovered area is about 29 ha, related to 732 land plots, including residential land, agricultural land, alluvial land and land of organizations.
As of April 9, Hong Ha ward has investigated and inventoried 732 land plots (reaching 100%); approved 332 plans (for 521 land plots); handed over 17.9 hectares of land, accounting for 90% of the project area with bridge pier construction (accounting for 60.96% of the total project land area), belonging to the construction scope of 29/38 main bridge piers (P10 to P37) and 17/24 auxiliary piers on Au Co and Nghi Tam streets. At the same time, the ward has also organized a resettlement draw for 169 cases/183 land plots in Thu Lam commune.

According to the plan, Hong Ha ward strives to complete site clearance to serve the construction of road items before April 15.
For the remaining areas, the ward is highly focused on coordinating with the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and contractors to carry out site clearance, ensuring that contractors do not have to wait for construction site clearance.
