Implementing the direction of Hanoi City on the implementation of key infrastructure projects, including the Tran Hung Dao bridge and Tu Lien bridge projects, in the past time, the Steering Committee for site clearance of key projects in Hong Ha ward has focused on leading and drastically directing propaganda and mobilization work, creating consensus among the people in handing over the site to serve the project.
Hong Ha Ward People's Committee has closely coordinated with specialized departments and agencies of the city, organized many propaganda sessions, direct dialogues with households in the land acquisition area, clearly explained the mechanisms and policies for compensation, support, and resettlement; and at the same time provided complete information about the investment objectives and strategic significance of the Tu Lien bridge project for the development of the Capital and the Red River riverside area.
Through mobilization and explanation, up to now, many households have agreed with the city's policy, signing minutes of handover of land to the investor.
The City Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board has also proactively coordinated and supported households in moving assets, dismantling works and architectural structures, ensuring that the site handover process takes place safely and conveniently.
Notably, in the area at the end of alley 310, the Con River bank area, where temporary houses and garden land are located within the site clearance area, 100% of cases in the Con River area have handed over the site.
Out of a total of 8 households in this area, 7 households have signed handover minutes and the Project Management Board is currently organizing the dismantling of the project.
In the remaining case, after the process of being propagated and mobilized by local authorities and specialized agencies, they also agreed with the city's policy and handed over the site, contributing to completing site clearance work in this area.
The early handover of land will create favorable conditions to accelerate the progress of the Tu Lien bridge and Tran Hung Dao bridge projects, important traffic projects contributing to expanding urban development space, connecting the two banks of the Red River, creating new momentum for socio-economic development of Hanoi Capital in the coming time.
