22 opinions were raised at the land clearance dialogue conference for National Highway 6 project

Hanoi - Phu Nghia commune authorities have dialogued with 61 households that have not agreed on the draft plan for compensation, support and resettlement for the National Highway 6 expansion project.

On June 1, at Doi 3 Village Cultural House, Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee organized a dialogue conference with representatives of 61 households and individuals in Doi 3 village who have not agreed with the draft plan for compensation, support and resettlement to implement the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section through the commune.

According to Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, as of June 1, the whole commune has carried out site clearance and land recovery, reaching over 92% of the total area to be recovered for project implementation.

In which, in Phu Nghia old commune, site handover has been completed; Phu Yen and Nhat Tien villages belonging to Truong Yen old commune, Doi Che village of Thanh Binh old commune have also basically completed site handover.

The remaining villages in the old Dong Son and Dong Phuong Yen communes, households and individuals are also focusing on dismantling and handing over the site.

At the dialogue conference, there were 22 speeches from representatives of households and individuals in Doi 3 village.

Opinions focused on the following groups of content: Conditions for supporting and compensating for residential land and service land; proposals to consider increasing the compensation price for service land and residential land when recovered; conditions and principles for resettlement arrangement; origin, land use process; support for assets and works on land within the scope of recovery; proposals for some contents that need to be supplemented and adjusted in the support and compensation plan...

The opinions and recommendations of representatives of households in Doi 3 village have been received and answered by functional agencies to clarify the provisions of law and related guiding documents on policies to support and compensate for residential land and service land when recovered for project implementation; conditions for resettlement arrangement; procedures for carrying out site clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section...

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee Tran Van Son received all opinions and recommendations from representatives of households and individuals in Doi 3 village within the scope of land acquisition to implement the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.

Mr. Son requested households to provide missing documents and records related to the draft plan of his family to urgently contact the Economic Department to consider reviewing and approving the plan.

By June 10, the Commune People's Committee will finalize the approval and issue a decision approving the detailed plan for support, compensation and resettlement to serve land recovery; then it will organize coercion according to the provisions of law for households that have not handed over the land; the commune strives to complete the site clearance for this key project and hand it over to the investor before June 30.
