On March 1st, according to PV sources, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the policy of no longer introducing Director of Hue City Department of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Dinh Duc to participate in the election of delegates to the City People's Council for the 2026 - 2031 term.
Previously, at the meeting on February 27, after listening to Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee Phan Xuan Toan present the submissions on organizational and personnel work and report on cases related to candidate standards for the City People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee gave opinions.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the policy of concluding the political standards of cadres and party members in Official Dispatch No. 121-TTr/BTCTU dated February 26, 2026; agreed on the policy on organizational and personnel work in Official Dispatch No. 123-TTr/BTCTU dated February 27, 2026. Assigned the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee to complete the dossier and implement the procedures according to regulations.
Notably, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee unanimously agreed on the policy of no longer introducing Mr. Nguyen Dinh Duc - City Party Committee Member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hue City to participate in the election of delegates to the City People's Council for the 2026 - 2031 term.
The City Election Commission is assigned to implement the next steps in accordance with regulations.
