On February 25, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee on personnel work.
According to the Decision, Mr. Bui Huy Phuong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee will no longer hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, for a term of 5 years from February 25, 2026.
Speaking to assign tasks, Mr. Sung A Ho - Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee emphasized that during his work process, Mr. Bui Huy Phuong always strived, promoted his capacity, strengths, ability to gather and unite cadres and always completed his assigned responsibilities and tasks well.
Mr. Sung A Ho also requested that in the coming time, Mr. Bui Huy Phuong continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility and quickly approach new work.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Bui Huy Phuong promised to unite with the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, overcome difficulties, soon approach new jobs, strive to successfully complete assigned tasks, and contribute to the overall development of the province.
Mr. Bui Huy Phuong holds a university degree in Agriculture, Master of Crop Science, Senior in Political Theory. He has held many positions, including: Vice Chairman, Chairman of Tan Uyen District People's Committee; Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Uyen district (old); Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
