Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a Decision on assigning the right to perform tasks to implement the Project to invest in the construction of Ring Road 3.5 section from Thuong Cat bridge to National Highway 32 in Thuong Cat ward.
Accordingly, delegating authority to Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong, Vice Chairman of Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee to implement the Project to invest in the construction of Ring Road 3.5 section from Thuong Cat bridge to National Highway 32 in Thuong Cat ward.
Content of power allocation: Signing documents and applying administrative measures under the authority of the Chairman of Thuong Cat Ward People's Committee when carrying out compensation, support, and resettlement work; land recovery work and land allocation work to implement projects according to legal regulations.
Term of allocation of rights: Until land allocation is completed to implement the project or when there is another decision replacing this Decision.
Reason for assigning rights: According to the Project assigned to be in charge.
The decision clearly states that when implementing the above contents, Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong is responsible for his decisions before the law and before the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
