The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 419 from Km51+55 to Km53+552 (the section coinciding with the Mieu Mon - Huong Son economic development axis road, My Duc district).
According to the decision, the project is built in My Duc district with a land use area of about 8.4 hectares; the project belongs to group B, a level II project.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the My Duc District People's Committee as the investor with a total estimated investment of over 330 billion VND, to be implemented in 2025 - 2028.
The route is part of the transportation planning of the capital Hanoi approved by the Prime Minister, so when completed, it will contribute to completing the planned transportation system, creating a traffic route with a complete technical infrastructure to meet the living and travel needs of people in the area; reducing traffic congestion and creating urban beauty for My Duc district.
The scale of investment in construction is to renovate and upgrade the section of provincial road 419 that overlaps with the Mieu Mon - Huong Son economic development axis road with a length of 2.592km. The cross-section is 27m.
The project includes items: Site clearance; roadbed, road surface, sidewalk, median strip, trees, cross-culverts, drainage system, road embankment, canal return, ditch return, lighting, traffic safety and synchronization of other items.
The City People's Committee assigns the investor to take responsibility before the law for the accuracy of the volume and funding; results of structural calculation and legality of the dossier submitted to the approval; The capacity of organizations and individuals conducting surveys and making investment projects.
