Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to hand over 30,393.7m2 of land in Tien Duong commune, Dong Anh district to Dong Anh District People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Tuan Le village, Tien Duong commune.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the master plan drawing, scale 1/500 of the technical infrastructure construction project of the land auctioned for land use rights in Tuan Le village, Tien Duong commune, Dong Anh district, prepared by Vietnam Infrastructure Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024, approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district on August 20, 2024.
Of the total area of 30,393.7m2 of land with: adjacent housing land 6,664.81 m2; Apartment housing land 5,553.51m2; Education land (preschool) 3,392.69m2; public greenery land 1,566.32m2; parking land 510.97m2; Road land 12,705.4m2.
Dong Anh District People's Committee is allocated land by the state without collecting land use fees.
The City People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee (Dong Anh District Land Fund Development Center) to contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site. Organize the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for preparing and approving the master plan to ensure that there is no interleaved land area, and that land is used economically and effectively. Develop a plan for auctioning land use rights to submit to competent authorities for approval and organize the auction of land use rights in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures. Use land for the right purpose, boundary, and area determined above; implement investment projects in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining the boundary and handing over land on site to the People's Committee of Dong Anh district.
The Hanoi Land Registration Office updates the registration of land use rights, completes procedures for registration of changes, and edits land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
