On August 25, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police announced the selection of an auction organizer to conduct a property auction.
The auctioned assets are 2,249 vehicles of all kinds that violated administrative regulations and were confiscated and are being stored in temporary vehicle storage warehouses of the Traffic Police Department.
The starting price of the auctioned assets is VND 2,339,498,000.
The starting price of the above assets does not include VAT, does not include taxes, fees according to regulations, other expenses for transportation of assets and handling related issues (if any).
Regarding the criteria for selecting the organization of property auctions, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department said that it will use the scoring criteria specified in Appendix I of the Table of criteria for evaluating and scoring the organization of property auctions with Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BTP dated December 31, 2024 of the Minister of Justice.
The registration file for participating in the auction is prepared by the property auction organization, with the confirmation stamp of the property auction organization. The property auction organization is responsible for the information, documents, and proof in its registration and selection and provides documents when required for proof.
Organize the auction of assets submitted with the Self-scoring Table according to the selection criteria.
The application period is from August 26 to August 28, 2025 (submitting documents during office hours) at room 310, No. 86 Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam ward, Hanoi.
