With the efforts of the entire political system, business community and people, the city's gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in the first quarter increased by 7.35%, significantly higher than the same period in 2024; budget revenue reached a very high level, especially in some localities such as Dong Anh district, which exceeded the annual estimate.
In parallel, the city has strictly implemented the task of streamlining the apparatus, ensuring objectivity and science, has completed well in the first step with a huge amount of work, especially the arrangement of departments and branches. According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, the city is currently focusing on implementing the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on arranging administrative units.
