Hanoi deploys end-to-end theing on vehicles subject to toll exemption

Hanoi - The City People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on the implementation of end-to-end the attachment on vehicles subject to fee exemption for electronic payment services.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee received Document No. 2472/BXD-CDBVN dated April 23, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction on the implementation of ganting end-to-end the on vehicles subject to fee exemption for electronic payment for road traffic.

Regarding this, the City People's Committee assigned the Capital Command, the City Police, Departments of Health, Interior, Agriculture and Environment, People's Committees of districts, towns and towns to review and make a list of road vehicles managed and used by their agencies and units that are free of charge for using highways as prescribed in Article 6, Decree 130 of the Government for Vehicle The highway owned by the entire people represented by the State and directly managed, exploited and Document No. 2472/BXD-CDBVN dated April 23, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction).

At the same time, work with road use fee payment service providers to receive instructions and implement the application of terminal cards for 100% of vehicles subject to fee exemption according to regulations; have inspection and control measures to ensure that vehicles with terminal cards are used for the right purpose and to the right subjects.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and promptly synthesize difficulties, problems and inadequacies in the process of applying terminal cards to vehicles subject to fee exemption in the city to recommend the Ministry of Construction and road use fee payment service providers to consider and resolve according to their authority and regulations.
