The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province assigned the Department of Finance, the State Treasury of the province and relevant agencies to allocate and disburse capital in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.
Ky Anh District People's Committee is responsible for managing and using reward funds according to prescribed regulations.
Previously, on August 15, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 840 recognizing Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province as meeting new rural standards in 2023.
Implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Development, up to now, Ha Tinh province has 9/10 districts meeting the standards, completing the task of building new rural areas. Currently, only Huong Khe district has not reached the new rural destination.
According to the project to approve the pilot new rural province, by 2025, Ha Tinh province will be a province that meets new rural standards.
