On July 12, information from the People's Committee of Truong Xuan commune (Lam Dong province) said that a tragic accident had just occurred in the area that killed two brothers.
The incident occurred at around 3:40 p.m. on July 12. At that time, people in Dinh Plei village (Truong Xuan commune) discovered two brothers having died in a reservoir.
The victims were Dang Y. K (14 years old) and Dang Y. H (6 years old), residing in Bon N'jang Bo, Truong Xuan commune.
Initial information, at noon of the same day, the two children rode a bicycle to fish in Dak Rung 1 reservoir. However, when they reached a turn, unable to control the speed, both brothers fell into the lake, drowning.
By the afternoon of the same day, some people going to work in the area discovered the bodies of the two victims and immediately reported it to the family and local authorities.
According to the leader of Truong Xuan Commune People's Committee, the family of the two brothers is a poor household.
Immediately after the incident, local authorities visited, encouraged the family and supported the couple with a part of the cost to hold a funeral for the two victims.
