According to initial information, at around 12 noon the same day, people in alley 614, Vo Nguyen Giap parallel road discovered two men lying motionless in the pond. When they arrived for inspection, both had died, and there was electrical equipment next to it. The incident was reported to the police.
After receiving the report, the authorities arrived to block off the scene, conduct an autopsy and investigate the cause. Initially, it was determined that these two people were struggling to fish in the pond, suspected of being electrocuted to death.
The victims were identified as Mr. N.M.T (50 years old) and Mr. N.M.D (47 years old), both residing in Phuoc Long ward, brothers, living near the scene of the incident.
The authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
