To strengthen state management of beliefs and religions during the Lunar New Year and Spring Festival 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Home Affairs to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement regulations on public service culture, discipline, administrative discipline, practice thrift, fight waste and prevent corruption.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers absolutely not attend festivals during working hours; not use state budget, means, public assets against regulations for festival activities, entertainment..., not participate in superstitious activities. Leaders of departments, branches and localities must not attend festivals unless assigned by competent authorities.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Director of the Department of Home Affairs; heads of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to urgently and seriously implement; promptly report on the situation of beliefs and religions before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025 to the Provincial People's Committee.
