The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a Decision approving local industrial promotion projects in 2025 with a total support budget of nearly 4 billion VND.
The total amount allocated for the 2025 public service promotion program is 3,893,770,000 VND. Of which, the direct support budget for industrial promotion projects is VND 3,693,770,000. The remaining 200 million VND is for state management activities of the program, in which the Department of Industry and Trade and the Industrial Development Promotion and Consulting Center are jointly allocated 100 million VND to each unit.
According to the decision, the Department of Industry and Trade of Hai Duong is the unit in charge of implementing related tasks. This agency is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the list of projects, detailed data according to the records, procurement contracts, invoices and documents attached to each approved project.
At the same time, the Department needs to organize inspections, checks, and supervision of the implementation process, ensuring that the projects are implemented in accordance with the goals, legal regulations, and practical effectiveness.
The Department of Finance of Hai Duong province will coordinate to guide, inspect and supervise the management and use of public service funding sources. Beneficiaries are responsible for using the funds in accordance with the provisions of the law on the state budget, avoiding waste and wrong purposes.
The approval of industrial promotion projects in 2025 continues to affirm the role of the industrial promotion program in supporting small and medium enterprises and rural industrial establishments to invest in technological innovation, expand production, and improve competitiveness.
This is also one of the important tools to promote sustainable industrial development and in line with the socio-economic development orientation of the province.
