The investment project to upgrade provincial road 390 in Thanh Ha district (from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge) has a total investment of 421.2 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The total length of the route is 5.084 km with the starting point at Km30+097 of provincial road 390 in the old Thanh Thuy commune, the end point at Km35+181.37 of provincial road 390 in Thanh Cuong commune, now Vinh Cuong commune (in the same Thanh Ha district).
Recently, on the morning of April 29, the additional item of the project is Hop Thanh 2 bridge located parallel to the old Hop Thanh bridge, which was opened to traffic. The new bridge has a cross-section of 7 m, equivalent to the old Hop Thanh bridge.
