According to the Resolution, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the organizational arrangement when retiring early are also supported by Hai Duong province.
For those who are less than 2 years old until retirement age, they will receive a support level equal to 1 month of current salary multiplied by the remaining months from the time of early retirement to December 31 of the early retirement year.
For subjects who retire before December 31 of the early retirement year, the number of months of support will be calculated up to the retirement date according to regulations.
In addition, they will receive a support level equal to 0.2 months of current salary multiplied by the number of months of early retirement compared to the time of retirement.
For those who have 2 years to 10 years left until retirement age, they will receive a support level equal to 1 month of current salary multiplied by the remaining months from the time of early retirement to the end of December 31 of the year of early retirement; Receive a support level equal to 0.1 month of current salary multiplied by the number of months of early retirement compared to the time of retirement (maximum 60 months).
In addition to enjoying the policy according to the provisions of current law, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the organizational arrangement upon leave, in addition to enjoying the policy according to the provisions of current law, they will also receive a support level equal to 1 month of current salary multiplied by the remaining months from the time of leave until December 31 of the leave year.
In addition, they are also entitled to a support level equal to 0.1 month of current salary multiplied by the number of months of severance pay.
