According to Notice No. 3620/TB-UBND dated September 3, 2026 of Le Chan Ward People's Committee, the bomb disposal is carried out according to Plan No. 6769/KH-BCH dated September 3, 2026 of the Hai Phong City Military Command.
To ensure absolute safety for people, property and forces participating in the mission, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on September 4th, people are not allowed to travel on Cau Dat street, the section from Cau Dat - Lach Tray intersection to Hai Ba Trung - Cau Dat intersection.
During this time, Le Chan Ward Police will preside over and coordinate with functional forces to organize traffic regulation and diversion at roads and intersections related to the task area.
Functional forces will be deployed at key locations, proactively divert traffic from afar, not allowing vehicles and people to enter areas identified as dangerous, and at the same time promptly handle arising situations, limiting prolonged congestion.
Le Chan Ward People's Committee also requested the Traffic Police Department and the City Police to coordinate in organizing traffic regulation and diversion. Agencies, units, organizations and individuals seriously comply with the notice, and do not arbitrarily enter the area where bomb disposal is being carried out to ensure safety.
