To serve the preparation and organization of the opening ceremony, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has provided weather forecast information from May 4 - September 9 nationwide.
On September 4th, in provinces/cities in the Northern region (excluding Quang Ninh, Lang Son areas), the area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang and the East of Quang Ngai province will have widespread hot weather, on September 5th, hot weather will decrease and locally hot weather. The area from Quang Tri to Hue, the South Central Coast area will have showers and thunderstorms in the evening and evening of September 5th. The Central Highlands and Southern region will have sunny days, showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, locally heavy rain.
Hanoi area
From September 4-5: hot sunny day, no rain at night.
Lowest temperature: 26-28 degrees C.
Highest temperature from: 35-36 degrees C, in some places above 36 degrees C.
Northern region
From September 4-5: sunny days, hot sun in some places, especially September 4 with widespread hot sun (except for Quang Ninh, Lang Son); showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night.
Lowest temperature: 24-28 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees C; especially on September 4th: 35-36 degrees C, in some places above 36 degrees C.
Central region
From September 4-5: sunny days, hot sun in some places, especially on September 4, the area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang and the East of Quang Ngai province will have widespread hot sun; showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night; showers and scattered thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening of September 5 in the area from Quang Tri to Hue and the South Central Coast.
Lowest temperature: 24-28 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees C, especially on September 4, from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang and eastern Quang Ngai province: 35-36 degrees C, in some places above 36 degrees C.
Central Highlands and Southern region
