Attending the groundbreaking ceremony of investment projects to build other intersections on Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap streets were Mr. Le Ngoc Chau - Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee.
The project to invest in the construction of other intersections on Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien - Le Hong Phong and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap streets is invested by the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board. The total investment is 2,335 billion VND. After completion and putting into use, the project will gradually complete the traffic system of the areas of An Bien, Le Chan, Hai An, Ngo Quyen, Gia Vien wards according to the approved plan; overcome traffic congestion and ensure traffic safety for vehicles when passing through the intersections of Nguyen Trai - Le Hong Phong, Le Hong Phong - Bui Vien and Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap; contribute to reducing traffic volume on National Highway 5 through the inner city and other routes; create architectural highlights in urban space; contribute to building Hai Phong into a national logistics center, a smart, modern city.
Also this morning, Hai Phong started the project of Investment in construction of mixed-use works at lot I.14/CTHH-01(Component project No. 1: Investment in construction of commercial service works - 41-storey apartments) invested by Dragon Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company. The scale of the project is to invest in the construction of a 41-storey building; the total area is about 122,444 m2 and the technical infrastructure is synchronous. The total investment of the project is 7,515 billion VND. The project is expected to become a new highlight for Hai Phong during the period of strong economic, infrastructure and urban breakthrough, making the city a new growth pole of the Northern Coastal region.
Infrastructure investment project connecting stations on the route and station square (Component project 1: Infrastructure investment connecting stations on the route and station square under the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project) also started construction in the area of the road to Nam Hai Duong station (in the area of Yet Kieu commune and Gia Loc commune). The project has a total investment of VND 2,297 billion; investing in infrastructure connecting to the station and squares at the stations on the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line. The project affirms Hai Phong's determination in implementing the national strategic railway line Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong.
The Investment project to build a logistics service center, a petroleum and cargo port, a petroleum warehouse, and a commercial service area of 37.17 hectares with a total investment of VND1,988.8 billion also started this morning. The project is expected to contribute to realizing the orientation of building Hai Phong city into a logistics center of the Red River Delta.
The project to invest in the construction of a residential area in the area of lane 226 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen ward - Component project 1 (technical infrastructure and commercial housing) with a scale of about 13.62 hectares, total investment of VND 5,234 billion. The project invests in the construction of townhouses and villas for sale according to the plan of building the rough part and completing the exterior of the project. Along with that, build a 41-storey mixed-use apartment building, a 9-storey social housing area (in the form of apartments) for sale and rent. The investment project to build a residential area in the area of alley 226 Le Lai contributes to urban beautification, creating more housing supply and infrastructure development in the city center.
Also this morning, Hai Phong started the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park with a total investment of more than VND 2,112 billion in Cam Giang commune; started the An Tho Industrial Cluster with a total investment of VND 479.5 billion in An Hung commune; started the An Phu Industrial Cluster in Tran Lieu ward and Kinh Mon ward with a total investment of more than VND 695 billion; started the Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Cluster with a total investment of VND 790 billion in Vinh Thuan commune.
The city also started the project to build new emergency rooms, technical and paraclinical facilities; technical, paraclinical and inpatient facilities; examination, administration, technical and inpatient facilities, Hai Duong General Hospital. Thereby, ensuring sufficient facilities to serve the medical examination and treatment of local people.
