Dismantling a series of illegal constructions
Recently, Kien Hai commune inspected and verified the Sang River area, and discovered many works violating the regulations in the field of irrigation and road traffic. Through verification, the violating works were invested by Mr. Le Van T (village 8 Kien Hai), Ms. Dong Thi L (Hai An ward) and Mr. Dong Van H (village 5 Kien Hai).
On December 9, the Commune Economic Department issued a notice of demolition and relocation of illegal constructions in the field of irrigation and road traffic of the above households.
By the afternoon of December 18, according to information from Kien Hai commune, Mr. Le Van T and Ms. Dong Thi L had organized the demolition of the illegal construction. The Economic Department requested Mr. Dong Van H's household to strictly comply with the demolition of the above irrigation safety and traffic safety corridor violating the construction.

Previously, at the end of November, the authorities of Kien Hai commune discovered a number of cases of arbitrarily dumping soil, rocks, planting bamboo stakes into the riverbed and Sang riverbank and erecting temporary works made of corrugated iron and iron columns within the protection corridor of irrigation works and road traffic safety corridors, affecting natural flow and posing a potential risk to traffic safety.
According to the record on November 22, the investor poured soil to fill, planted bamboo stakes on the banks of the river and Sang River, built a red corrugated iron wall 7.8 m long, 2.8 m high with locks... At another location, the investor poured soil, rocks, filled to create a flat surface, planted bamboo stakes on the banks of the river, Sang River bed 12 m long, 12 m wide; erected a 12 m long, 3 m high red corrugated iron wall on the edge of the traffic road 403. The above acts of dumping, leveling, and placing bamboo stakes on river banks, riverbeds, and erecting corrugated iron walls show signs of administrative violations in the fields of natural disaster prevention and control, irrigation, and dykes. Therefore, on December 1, the commune organized enforcement, remedied the consequences at the scene, and restored the flow and site to the original state before the violation occurred.
