According to initial information, on the morning of July 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc (born in 2003, residing in Pham village, Uar commune) was at home taking care of his child, K (2 years old). After giving his child milk, Mr. Phuc let him play in the kitchen and then went into the house.
About 15 minutes later, Mr. Phuc could not find his child and immediately went to look for him. When he reached the lake near his house, Mr. Phuc discovered that K had drowned and died.
