A (born in 1983, residing in Hung Yen province) heading from Nam An Phu commune to National Highway 5 collided with an electric bicycle driven by Ms. P.T. T (born in 1959, residing in Thanh Lien village) walking across the road in the same direction as the tractor-trailer. As a result, Ms. T died on the spot.
Functional forces determined that the initial cause was that the tractor-trailer driver did not pay attention to observation; Ms. T crossed the road improperly, causing a traffic accident.
On the same day, at 11:55 PM, at B9 bridge, East-West avenue in Thuy Nguyen ward, a serious accident occurred, killing a woman at the scene. At this time, Mr. L.V. H (born in 1991, residing in Giua residential group, Thuy Nguyen ward) was driving a motorbike in the direction of TL 359 to Nam Trieu ward when it collided with Ms. N.T. M (born in 1978, residing in Bac Vang residential group, Thuy Nguyen) driving a bicycle in the same direction in front, causing Ms. M to die.
The initial cause was determined to be that driver H was not paying attention to observation, causing a traffic accident.
