Motorbike hits 3 pedestrians in Hai Phong, one person dies

Hai Phong - The City Traffic Safety Committee has just announced the initial cause of the motorbike accident that killed and injured 2 people.

The incident occurred at 5:50 am on March 5th on the inter-village road Dong Ninh, Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong. At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. T.V. H (born in 1962, residing in Xa Vy village, Tien Minh commune) traveling from road 212 to Dong Ninh village crashed into 3 pedestrians traveling in the same direction. The collision killed 1 person and injured 1 person.

The initial cause was that Mr. H was driving a motorbike without paying attention to observation, causing a traffic accident.

On the same day, at 9:06 pm at the intersection of TL391 and TL396 (East-West axis belonging to Lac Phuong commune), a serious accident also occurred. The car driven by Mr. C.M. H (born in 1989, residing in Thanh Hoa province) heading National Highway 10 to Hai Duong ward, was turning left into TL396 when it collided with the motorbike driven by Mr. P.Q. T (born in 2007, residing in Lao Cai province) heading Hai Duong ward to National Highway 10.

The accident killed Mr. T at the scene. The initial cause was determined to be a mixed fault of 2 drivers, lack of observation, and loss of control of speed causing a traffic accident.

Currently, the cases are being handled by functional forces according to regulations.
