Disbursement to people right at the grassroots level
Since the beginning of the year, the Dak Nong Branch of the Social Policy Bank has focused on disbursing credit capital for policy programs. Thereby, it has made an important contribution to poverty reduction and socio-economic development.
In particular, the unit directs grassroots transaction offices to synchronously deploy solutions, ensuring that people can borrow capital in a timely manner and to the right subjects.
Mr. Nguyen Van Pha, in Dak D'ro commune (Krong No district), is one of the households that have been able to borrow capital to develop their family economy. He said: The transaction office works methodically, the staff receives people on time, helping my family proactively prepare interest and principal on time. In particular, transactions are conducted right at the commune to help people save time and travel costs".
Ms. Vo Thi Huong, Head of the K62 Savings and Loan Group (Dak D'ro commune) said that the group is managing nearly 60 members with outstanding loans of more than 1.7 billion VND. Every month, debt collection, interest collection and savings are fully and on time.
"Since the transaction point in the commune was established, the time and working schedule have been clearly announced, helping the team management board be more proactive. In addition to saving costs, the team leader is also guided by the credit officer on accounting and updated with new policies right at the transaction session, Ms. Huong shared.
Other grassroots transaction offices of the Dak Nong Branch of the Social Policy Bank are also actively following the instructions, effectively implementing lending activities, bringing capital to the right subjects, in a timely and convenient manner.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Ha, Deputy Director of the Social Policy Bank Branch of Dak Nong Province, said that in the last 6 months of the year, the unit will coordinate with departments and agencies to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the project "Credit investment for the poor and other policy beneficiaries from local budget entrusted through social policy banks for the period 2026 - 2030".
The branch sets a credit growth target of 10% or more in 2025, ensuring disbursement to the right subjects, with shortened procedures and digital processes to help people access capital quickly.
"We will strengthen the inspection and supervision of loan records before disbursement; strictly control the delivery, storage, and updating of records. At the same time, continue to closely coordinate with the assigned units to effectively inspect and supervise according to the plan set out at the beginning of the year, Mr. Ha emphasized.
The Dak Nong Branch of the Social Policy Bank has affirmed its role as a solid financial support for the poor and policy beneficiaries in the area.
Policy credit programs not only contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of thousands of households but also create momentum to promote sustainable socio-economic development.
