Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Da Nang City Police has just issued a second notice, requesting the legal owners of thousands of administratively violating vehicles to quickly come to work. After 30 days, these vehicles may be confiscated according to regulations.
According to the notice, there are 2,292 vehicles that are overdue for temporary detention, but so far no one has contacted to resolve it.
Functional agencies request the owners, managers or legal users of violating vehicles to urgently come to the Handling Team, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, at address 210 Ha Huy Tap, Thanh Khe ward, Da Nang city to carry out handling procedures according to regulations.
This is the 2nd public announcement to create conditions for people to come to receive their vehicles, avoiding legal consequences due to delays.
According to Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, after 30 days from the date of public posting and final announcement in the mass media, if the violator, owner, manager or legal user still does not come to resolve, all of the above-mentioned exhibits and vehicles will be confiscated according to the provisions of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.
