Attending the troop handover ceremony at this location were Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh; Senior Lieutenant General Le Duc Thai, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4 and representatives of leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and provincial-level departments and agencies.
It is known that at the military recruitment point in Lam Son Square this year, there are 561 citizens from 15 wards and communes including: Hac Thanh, Quang Phu, Dong Quang, Dong Son, Dong Tien, Ham Rong, Sam Son, Nam Sam Son, Luu Ve, Quang Yen, Quang Ngoc, Quang Ninh, Quang Binh, Tien Trang, Quang Chinh enlisting. Among them, 497 citizens perform military service; 64 citizens perform police service.
New recruits enlisting in units include: Capital High Command, Naval Region 4, General Staff, Military Region 4, Navy, Air Defense - Air Force, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
