On August 28, the People's Committee of Hung Phu commune, Hung Yen province organized a conference to award land use right certificates to households in the resettlement area of the main road connecting to functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone - route No. 3.
The project to invest in building main roads connecting with functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone includes 5 routes with a total investment of more than 3,000 billion VND. In which, route No. 3 of the project passes through Hung Phu commune.
Site clearance (GPMB) work for road No. 3 at the intersection of road 221A (Hung Phu commune), there are 116 households with residential land area to be recovered. Up to now, households have approved compensation and GPMB support plans; of which 92 households have received compensation with a total amount of more than 268 billion VND.
78 households have dismantled works and houses; 89 households have been allocated resettlement land and new residential land. It is expected that in August, the commune will continue to pay the remaining households.
