Accordingly, an emergency construction order was issued to overcome the consequences of natural disasters at Km16+350, Provincial Road 439 to ensure traffic safety and protect the structure of the project.

Construction site in Bao La commune, Mai Chau district. The project is assigned to Mai Chau district People's Committee for management and implementation.

Construction scale: mechanical cutting, unloading the entire sliding arc. After mechanical cutting, unloading, all excavated soil is suitable for use as foundation material for public investment projects under construction in Mai Chau district.

Construction time of the project is expected to be implemented and completed before September 30, 2025.

Estimated cost of surveying and designing the load-cutting mechanism is about 200 million VND.

In addition, there are no costs for digging, transporting and offloading soil and taxes, because they are included in the total investment of public investment projects in Mai Chau district, which are lacking in fill soil, so please take advantage of the soil after cutting and offloading.

Besides, the project also does not incur any compensation, support or site clearance costs.
