According to the Inspectorate of Hoa Binh province, in the first 6 months of 2025, this agency has conducted a series of administrative and specialized inspections, thereby discovering a total economic violation of more than 15.5 billion VND at agencies, units and enterprises in the area.
Administrative inspections have discovered 13.869 billion VND in violations. Of which, the authorities have recovered and paid the State budget VND 3.264 billion (the actual amount paid is VND 3.175 billion), and recommended handling VND 10.605 billion. At the same time, it is required to review the responsibilities of 64 collectives and 181 individuals involved.
In the field of specialized inspection, the competent authority conducts inspections in many sensitive areas such as: financial management, budget, basic construction investment, implementation of national target programs, land laws and duties of People's Committee Chairmen at all levels.
As a result, 22 organizations were discovered to have violated the law with a total amount of 1.675 billion VND, of which 1.464 billion VND was recovered, 18 organizations were administratively fined with a total amount of 455 million VND.
The Inspectorate of Hoa Binh province said that the work of handling overlaps in inspection is carried out seriously, ensuring that no inspection is conducted more than once/year for a business, avoiding difficulties and inconveniences for the inspected unit.
The rate of recovering illegal money is high, showing the effectiveness of inspection work, while actively contributing to preventing and limiting loss of the State budget.
