The owner of the burned house, Mr. Tran Van Tu (49 years old) is still in shock when recalling the time the fire broke out. According to him, at about 7:50 pm on January 6, when the whole family was eating rice, they smelled a burning smell.

Running outside to check, he discovered that the porous corrugated iron roof area was on fire, suspected to be due to a power line short circuit. Strong winds quickly spread the fire to two adjacent houses.

My family shouted for help, called firefighters and used fire extinguishers on the spot, but the fire broke out too quickly and could not be controlled," Mr. Tu recounted.

The fire completely burned down the house of an electronics - refrigeration business next door, and also damaged the corrugated iron roof of another household due to heat impact.
