9th grade student dies after fainting during exercise

    Quang Tri - A 9th grade female student at Quang Xuan Secondary School suddenly collapsed during exercise and died despite being taken to the emergency room.

    On November 27, the People's Committee of Quang Trach commune (Quang Tri province) said that an incident had just occurred in the area that caused the death of a student.

    According to initial information, the incident occurred at around 2:30 p.m. on November 26. At that time, during physical education class, V.T.L.D (born in 2011, Quang Xuan Secondary School, Quang Trach commune) ran for a few dozen meters and showed signs of fatigue. D turned to walk and suddenly suffered a stroke and passed away.

    The teacher immediately took him to the Quang Trach Commune Health Station and transferred him to the Bac Quang Tri Regional General Hospital, but he did not survive.

    Immediately after the incident, the authorities of Quang Trach commune and the Board of Directors of Quang Xuan Secondary School visited and encouraged the family. The school said it will coordinate to support related procedures and share with the family to soon overcome this great loss.
