On February 25, the 16th Hanoi People's Council, term 2021-2026, held a thematic session (the 21st session). The session is expected to consider 9 contents under its authority.
The City People's Council reviews the Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the City People's Committee; Resolution on staffing and labor contract quotas for the Hanoi government in 2025.
The City People's Council also considered the Resolution on assigning State budget estimates to specialized agencies and other administrative organizations under the city when established in accordance with the provisions of law; the Resolution on supplementary socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more; the Resolution on promulgating criteria to decide on bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the city.
The meeting also considered issuing a Resolution to supplement the list of works and projects to reclaim land in 2025 in the city; Resolution approving investment policies, adjusting investment policies for a number of public investment projects of the city (investment project to build Tu Lien bridge and approach roads at both ends of the bridge, investment project to build Ngoc Hoi bridge and approach roads at both ends of the bridge, investment project to build Tran Hung Dao bridge).
The City People's Council also considered supporting funding for implementing the bonus regime according to the provisions of Decree No. 73/2024/ND-CP dated June 30, 2024 of the Government for public educational institutions that self-guarantee regular expenditures to pilot the provision of educational services using the State budget of Hanoi City.
At the same time, the City People's Council will also consider personnel work under its authority.
