After more than a week of being missing while searching for bees in the forest, the man in Thanh Hoa commune (Tuyen Hoa district) has not been found. The authorities have mobilized more than 100 people to continue expanding the search in the mountainous areas.
On May 25, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa commune said that the search for Mr. Cao Minh Hieu (born in 1985, residing in Bac Son village 4, Thanh Hoa commune) is being urgently deployed, but so far there is no information about the whereabouts.
According to local authorities, the current search force includes police, military, militia and people, focusing on reviewing areas where Mr. Hieu often visits to find wild bees, while expanding to dry streams and trails in deep forests.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the afternoon of May 17, Mr. Cao Minh Hieu left his house to go into the forest to find bees, but by evening he had not returned. The family reported to the local authorities and organized an initial search force of about 60 people.
The local government has been making the highest efforts, closely coordinating with forces and people, and organizing the search for many days now, but has not found any whereabouts.
