On June 5, the E-commerce Market Management Team (under the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department) informed that the unit had just discovered and seized more than 3,300 cosmetic products without invoices or documents to be sold on the market.
Accordingly, on the evening of June 4, the authorities conducted a surprise inspection of the business establishment of Mr. N.T.H (in village 6, Cu Ne commune, Krong Buk district).
At the time of the work, the authorities discovered Mr. N.T.H packing goods and preparing to ship them to customers who bought more than 3,300 cosmetic products of unknown origin.
Including skin creams, moisturizers, cream with dark scars, shower gel, etc., the total value of the goods was more than 230 million VND.
Mr. N.T.H confirmed that all of the above goods were floating on the market through online sales groups, so there were no legal invoices or documents.
In addition, the authorities also discovered that Mr. N.T.H was operating as a business household but had not registered to establish a business household according to regulations.
Thereby, a file was prepared, all violating goods were temporarily detained for further handling according to regulations.
